Please read the entire directions before consuming and follow the tolerance protocol. Due To the potency of this formula, start off by assessing your tolerance first by mixing 1/2 serving (2 scoop) with 4 to 12 oz. of cold water or juice and downing it about 30 minutes before your daily workout. Then increase the dosage to one serving size (4 scoops) mixed with 8 to 12 oz. cold water or juice before your daily workout. Do not exceed 3 servings (12 scoops) in a 24-hour period.

On non-training days, just take 2 scoop with 4-8 oz of cold water or juice as a dietary supplement.
